What I like to make is oatmeal with some milk. Then mix in 2 scoops of protein powder, 1 scoop of peanut butter, and a banana. Tastes great and gives you pretty much everything you need.

Well I jumped in at page 2 and read ' if you want to be both lean and jacked, you have to do cardio' so I presumed there was going to be 6 pages of broscience.

Oh yeah, definitely - especially the part about women. But I would rather stress the intensity than the weight part as I have already said - your muscle doesn't give a shit how much you lift, it's more about giving it "something to work with" - which is why doing stuff with (often lower) weights in more motion is a lot harder than simply lifting stuff. (seriously, try some exercises with clubs and start try with a weight of 8-10 pounds, you're not gonna get shit done)
Seen this guy exercising with 50 pound clubs. That's like seriously insane.
