Resurrect the Sun and Shadows Die are two of my favorites off this.

I've heard In the End on the radio, it's ok, but haven't bothered with these guys more. They look like absolute dickheads, I'll give them that.

Andrew Biersack released a statement saying the new album is gonna be a throwback to Wretched and Divine with more screams thrown in.
BVB with more screams and more strings, hyped as fuck.

not really a throwback if it only came out two records ago, is it

Well TECHNICALLY it's a throwback
Just not a very long throwback. The more scream based approach is straight up We Stitch These Wounds territory though which is four albums ago which IS a throwback.

WSTW had some of the best lyrics of their discography though; Sweet Blasphemy is arguably one of their best songs lyrically, if not their best song lyrically. John Feldmann is producing the album so production is gonna be near identical to WAD's production.

So, this album is worse than Limp Bizkit of all things. Plus, you don't do yourself any favors with constant spelling issues.

Resurrect the Sun is such a nice melodic jam, definitely one of my favorite BVB tracks of all time.

You'll probably like songs like Shadows Die and Resurrect the Sun. Shadows Die is one of the best tracks they've ever done.

He sounds even better on Vale from the tracks that have been released (including upping his range and projection abilities a LOT), but only four tracks from that album have been released.
One of the tracks on the new album "Dead Men Walking" is apparently a nine minute fest of solos and insane drumming, I'm so hyped for it.

I enjoy his older vocal stylings quite a lot because his tone is VERY pleasant to me, but I can easily understand why it wouldn't appeal to people. But he's been very noticeably improving from album to album over the years.
Andy Black has him at his near best and BVB's Vale sounds like it's gonna be his best by a green mile.

They're pure cheese tbh and super fun, and William Control of Aiden voices them.
