"It's in a strange dead zone in the middle"
I dunno if I'd characterize it as a dead zone, the album sounds incredibly consistent and assured to me after the mess of PH

Alright, revisitation warranted this a .5 bump to 3/5
The Bends, High And Dry, Fake Plastic Trees, Bullet Proof, Black Star, and Street Spirit lifted it up. Shout out to the new season of Handmaid's Tale for using Street Spirit in an episode and revitalizing my interest.
