this album is one of the best hip hop albums of the 00s so it does deserve to be high... maybe not quite a 5.
in terms of fillers, there really is only one. Around the world.
But yeh... i do agree that this is underrated. hip hop in the mid 00s definatley did hit a wall, but we gotta appreciate albums like this compared to the rest of the mid 00 releases.

I remember back in the day when i liked mediocre rap i used to spin ths album (among other Game albums) all the time. Even then I couldnt stand many of these songs. Half these songs are filler/shit/below average/meh/boring/mundane, whichever fucking way you wanna see it.

im not gunna lie about how good i think an album is just because most people dont appreciate it for what it is. hip hop wasnt meant to be rated on a 0-5 scale, where everything is rated by the same criteria. the best part about this album is its originality in a genre that is incredibly stereotypical, and thats why people are underrating it. they think because it has an apparent westcoast style that thats all he was trying to do, when in reality game took the best parts from east and west rap and made a classic album like no one has this millennium. songs like one night have hardly been made in hip hop history. yeah i might not put this album up with all the other ones i gave 5 but this is way better than a 4.5. give this album another listen!
