I love how experimental and artistic of a project Gorillaz is to begin with
more than I like straight-up britpop,

But the latter half of Blur's career was experimental and "artistic" than straight-up britpop

Dev, when you said later Blur albums were more artistic and experimental, were you

reffering to 13 and Think Tank? If so, I'm sorry man, but I fucking despise Think

Tank lol.

i don't despise think tank, but no way is it better than parklife. dev: didn't you have parklife rated 5/5 before? i haven't heard all of 13.

Never had it a 5 but I used to enjoy it more than I do now. I just think it loses steam halfway through

Lol as soon as I say I hate Think Tank my review gets a neg, it's like the cursed

sentence. Sorry, but I just see that as a mess of an album, not only did Damon turn

it into his own personal album rather than a Blur album (an album from a band like

they're supposed to be), I feel like Damon had no idea what he was doing with Think

Tank. To me it sounds like a bunch of ideas that are all over the place and don't

come together.

Why do my comments look so fucked up after I edit them? Is it a glitch?

pretty sure it's a site problem. it's not that bad though, it just shortens the lines. can start to look ugly if you've written a lot though

Got all the albums already so if I could procure the bonus material exclusively then I'd be up for it.

How noticeable is the remastering on this anyway? Never really thought that any of the band's albums would ever benefit greatly from a new mix, they were all fairly solid

Good review, but there are a couple of things that could make it a little easier to read. Your sentences are a bit too long
(see Paragraph 2,) and like another person said it isn't about the material too much. I don't expect you to analyze each
song for obvious reasons, and I get that it's a tough assignment for sure. My problem is that it feels like this could have
been written solely from receiving the tracklist.

Overall it's a good review though, and it's nice to see your first Contributoreview in action. :D

You are either using Chrome or Safari. Evidently, so is Jacob above me. This is a problem relating to both of those browsers--it has something to do with their use of WebKit as a layout engine.
