"I prefer given up ( despite of the childish lyric), no more sorrow and what I've done"
In other words
"I prefer the boring 3 min rock songs"
Nice......
Tbh I was being generous. The Little Things Give You Away is the only redeemable factor on this whole record. It would be a 1.5 otherwise.

"a thousand suns sucks dicks"
even though you gave it an average rating? LOL

A thousand suns as a concept album flows well, and it has some decent songs ( burning in the skies, when they come for me ) but it has really low points ( robot boy, the messenger, shinoda using autone and more). Anways, this and ATS are a 2,5. These album are not the worst thing on the world, but they are messy and they have inconsistent tracks.
Besides, Leave it out all the rest for me was pretty bad. Reminds me a cheap imitation of savage garden and backstreet boys. Don't take me wrong, I enjoy some of LP soft songs ( castle of glass, my december, easier to run, the little things you give away). But that cheap boy band ballads and the softer songs of MTM are boring, dull and generic. I prefer the other songs I mentioned in my past comment.

I completely agree with your review man, and that unintended pun made me laugh. Although I do enjoy the songs Given Up and No More Sorrow

I like Bleed It Out, otherwise this is pretty craptastic.

FUCK NO! Valentine's Day is the best song in the album!
It's definitely one of the two or three that I can tolerate.

Bleed It Out is shit

Fecal matter, is it? Yeah... It is, I just find it catchy. This really isn't a good album.

Nah it's not. It could be worse though. Hardly, but possible

I think Bleed it out would've fitted better with one of their older albums, but it just doesn't work with this one.
The only two songs I like from this album are What I've Done (you can thank Transformers for that) and No More Sorrow (it's got some good guitar in it). Albeit their poorly written but hey, I kinda like them, key word "kinda".

it's as average as anything they've done after this album. Living Things was hit or miss, and A Thousand had few good songs but as a concept album didn't flow well at all and contained too many failed attempts at experimentation

We obviously listened to 2 different albums. I thought it flowed fantastically. Everything connects together to make a 50 min song.

Yea if you listen to the full experience at the end, you'll only find like a couple seconds of dead air in it and that's it. Flows almost seamlessly.

Am I seriously the only that thinks that A Thousand Suns is a legitimately good album? It is the only one I can listen to the whole way through since Hybrid Theory.
