Those two songs are awesome. Very different vibe though. They've gone in a more Gates direction. Maybe that was a conscious move as a reaction to Gates's recent popularity, I don't know, but Athletics pulled it off SO well that I have to think that it just felt natural to them to make music in this way. Only thing I'm not a big fan of is the change in vocal style. I prefer the falsetto of their past works.
