no album has permanent novelty unless the listener has a very strong emotional attachment (culled from conditioning of some sort) to it, in which the novelty is not an attribute of the album itself but of the listener or more specifically the listener's specific relation to the album.
thus, by your logic, all albums are bad.

Anthracks, I used to like NSync in first grade. Are you implying that I don't hate them now and that their albums have just "run out of novelty?"

Album Rating: 5.0
yes
or you just have some kind of deep-rooted issue that causes you to project hatred onto men / music artists that have no direct impact on your life
please. i did not say that dislike from an album is DUE to an album exhausting its novelty. please don't misinterpret what i say or misquote me. i merely said that all albums eventually exhaust their novelty, and never went beyond that.

"Summary: Dubstep's impression of hip-house".
No. Noise rock filtered through hip-hop and electronic.

sorry if i offended anyone, but none of my friends that like hip-hop think this is any good. that, and i haven't seen many online critics that i respect that enjoy this. that's why i said this is falsely progressive music that appeals to non hip hop fans.
i'm not at all offended - different strokes i guess.
but i do think that "Essentially, The Money Store is psuedo-intellectual music for non-hip hop fans" is kind of ridiculous to say

yes, but you don't dislike those things. you've just simply exhausted them of all their novelty. not the same. boredom =/= disdain
You most certainly did go beyond that.
So let me go through this. You say all (or most, I don't even know) albums only get better with each listen, then you try to defend it with the above quote, then you say that it was hyperbolic and that it shouldn't be taken too seriously, and then you tell me that I'm saying that you're saying that dislike from an album is due to an album exhausting its novelty. But I never said that. So what is your point in all of this?
