Continuing to churn out music, polarizing LA based quintet Black Veil Brides produce their 2nd release of 2011: the 3 track, 12 minute EP 'Rebels'. Including 2 covers, an original track & an appearance from guitarist Zakk Wylde, this is more for their fans... Although the cover versions of Billy Idol's 'Rebel Yell' & the lesser-known Kiss track 'Unholy' do at least have familiarity to aid them. The original tune 'Coffin' is pretty much a stock-standard cut that doesn't exactly point the way to the band's future, meaning 'Rebels' really is an unnecessary stop-gap in the band's discography. Recommended Track: Rebel Yell.

Band should kick the faggy singer out and bring in a decent vocalist. The rest of the band can play their instruments no doubt, it's just their gay target audience and their stupid vocalist that's bringing them down.
