I think their last to LP and this EP have showed they still are in the game. Their sound is a little more mature with a truly evil atmosphere.

You might be right on that. Close to a World Beyond was really the solidification of their sound. Production change on Majesty and Decay, Providence, and Kingdom of Conspiracy are a bit cleaner and I welcome the change in production.

If you are implying that they don't put effort into their music anymore, I will have to disagree with you. If you are saying they found a badass formula and will take it to their grave, I can see your point. I'll take more of the same from these guys. They have the atmosphere and enough technicality in their music that I won't grow tired of it too easily.

the production on Majesty and Decay and Providence is fine, Kingdom of Conspiracy's production however, is pretty bad. and i wouldnt say they dont put any effort into it, Immolation have always been passionate about their music, but i think maybe they have used up all their best ideas.

I agree with this. Their last E.P. was one ok idea skipping on the record and repeating constantly. And their production for their last album.....wtf happened?
