I am listening to it on quality headphones and I don't think I can take in such a masterpiece in one sitting! The production is simply so professional and detailed it gives me the impression I am in their studio and I feel this kills the vibe a bit for me? Will probably jam it tomorrow on the stereo to see if the atmosphere sinks better that way haha. I also feel the funkier tracks will vibe harder on speakers. Definitely loving it so far, I'm feeling a strong 4 stars so far, which is also my rating for Illmatic, so I'm pretty happy now yes.
