Myrath just posted your review two hours ago. The album is still trying to sink in, but I'm about sure it won't beat a 4.

In comparison to Hope this one is pretty boring.

I have long been considering reviewing this to air my disappointments, but I don't know if I can do this to the band...they're exceedingly gracious. The only member or personnel I've spoken to since the release is Piwee. I pretty much have my structure planned out.

I guess try not to lay it on too thick and you'll be good.

I just started listening to some of the songs for writing, and now it's dropped to a 2.5...the rating seems final, the review is pretty much done, but I may have to tweak it.

I just watched a couple live performances, then threw on the studio version of Under Siege (always one of my favorites)...track NINE is in progress, because the album is REALLY GOOD! I don't know what happened, but I'll keep listening to this now. Thank God that worked out...I couldn't bear to tell the band bad news. There are still flaws and it's their worst so far, but still an excellent release. Keep this new drummer, please.

Apostrophe For A Legend reminds me of a HIM song

For sure. The East-West fusion is killer. I get my mystical Middle Eastern fix with some tight and chunky Metal.

Great album. I would like it even more with additional female vocals and some middle eastern string instruments.

jammed this yesterday and it still holds up very well. one of the few modern prog bands to get it right. catchy, concise songwriting while still being progressive. surprised they haven't released anything since this
