The production on this is so ass

Self titled had perfect production which helped create the atmosphere they were going for

they're not the same. This album might have tried to recapture the sound on the self titled but this sounds formulaic like we've heard it before whereas the self titled was actually innovative for its time (for a pop punk band)

"mark is the only one who wrote a butthurt song and talked shit about the former fallout between them so nah"

Really? Last time I checked Tom wrote Start the Machine to fire back at Mark, and did it in a contradictory way by saying he would listen to Mark, when the band broke up because Tom was being an antisocial bitch.

Oh and BTW, I'm a fan of AvA, just not STM.

I like them both about the same. I just don't think they really sound anything alike.

Dude, Start the Machine isn't that directly about Blink. Explain? Tom did some stupid shit but Mark was being a whiny bitch because of Boxcar and Tom suggested they chill with the touring. The whole things pretty stupid

I can't really listen to these guys anymore. I guess I will just have to stick with the fond memories of thoroughly enjoying their music in high school.
