I have very rarely seen Led Zeppelin underrated. They are often overrated. But don't get me wrong, I absolutely love the band, and this album. Stone cold classic.

I love how stairway to heaven builds up getting faster and louder. The last part with the solo and singing rules!

Awsome review, man. I agree with you on all points except for Battle of Evermore and When the Levee Breaks. I think evermore's an amzing song, and i also disagree that Levee is too long (it's blues, for christ's sake!). Guess it's a matter of opinion, but i wanted to put it out there. Otherwise, good review! I'm looking forward to more in the future.

what could i really say about this album that hasn't been said before? I'm just going to say classic and leave it at that.

I am a firm believer in the divinity of this piece of sonic salvation. Mr. James Patrick Page, along with Sir Hendrix and Clapton the Good, make the "Holy Guitar Trinity"- a magical conglomerate to which every reasonable guitarist owes much to, either directly or otherwise. As such, I advocate that this album should be issued to every 15-year old on the fact of the planet, and nobody should be allowed to play, purchase, or look at a musical instrument without reciting the album's entire lyrics before an ordained priest, and three witnesses.

Rest assured that I have telephones my local state Senator and asked him to introduce such legislation in Congress. (As if they had anything better to do…)

This album is probably one of zeppelins best. Black Dog nand Stairway To Heaven have to be the best tracks on the album by far. Great review by the way

I just got this album, last week, and it is awesome. Took a while to get used to, especially Black Dog. But soon enough I was enthrawled in Black Dog and the Album. Awesome, clearly changing my choice of music.

Oh this is by far an awesome album. I mean the guitar solo for stairway to heaven takes my breath away every time I hear it because Jimmy Page is a monster and that song is probably the most well known Zeppelin song ever.
