Reach and Broken Frames were amazing. New song was pathetic but I'm not throwing in the towel just yet although I feel they'll be more mediocre 2009 then solid 2008.

I liked The World Outside more than Frames but those two albums (and this one) are all pretty solid for me; her voice works well with their guitar style.
