Solid original stuff here. Certainly deserves a heck of a lot more attention.

Indeed it does.

But hey, at least quite a few people like it.

Better than none.

It's about -5 degrees Fahrenheit outside tonight. I drove home with my windows down and this thing playing on high. It was really surreal. Especially since I could see my breath as I was singing along to certain parts of the songs lol.

I feel like this album is only profound at first glance. Sounds great, but will it be remembered? Eh, I'm doubtful.

I disagree, I believe this album will be remembered for some time and will only grow in appreciation, being that it's the beginning of an ongoing narrative, with albums exploring each character of the House of Stone to come. This is an artist who made music with found objects. With a voice like his, he could of easily got a guitar player, bass player, drummer or used a keyboard/sampler and created something better than most the traditional acts before and after him but he didn't, that should be commended and remembered. And as far as production, shit he recorded it in his bedroom with nothing but a shure 58, out of the need to create. The substance and spirit more than makes up for any complaints in the recording.

I need to actually give this another listen. It's weird, first time I heard it I was floored, then second time was like wtf, it doesn't sound that good. Then third time I was like, fuck yeah this is chill. I guess it was a mood thing but I wanna spin it again.

Yeah same goes for me. It's so bizarre, but cool in a surreal way.

Lol, and who gave this a 2?
