I am a humongous Deftones fan, maybe the biggest in my state, but this isn't a 5 album. Within the Deftone's catalog/genre, yes, it's a classic. But when you rate a CD on this site, you're not rating it based on that.
As for the review itself...I wasn't a fan of it. I refuse to believe that "Korea" and "Street Carp" are cons on this CD. I'm not big on "Elite", but it just takes some getting used to. I didn't like your review very much because you don't seem to know a great deal about the band, and that hinders it very much. It's not an awful review or anything, but I just didn't like it very much.

Actually I think it is a classic, i just can't rate higher then 10, else i would have done it with several songs. And for the reason that you don't like my review, it is just a opinion that i don't like the heavier stuff on this CD. And this review is about the album and not about Deftones itself. You sould've know

That isn't making sense to me. I love this album just as much as you do, but you're giving it a 5/5 based on that fact alone. I know it's all a matter of personal opinion, but I believe that a 5/5 album is one that makes an impact on the entire spectrum of music because of how good it is. This album definitely did that within the current metal genre, but not within music as a whole. But we could probably argue about that all day, so I'll just stop now.

it made an impact on me! and these are personal reviews so i can give a 5/5 when i think it is. And that sh*t you said about how good it is in general is just bullsh*t. Else i had to give the joshua tree of U2 and S/T system of a down also 5/5 and i gave them both a 1 star. just all personal.

This album is ace. I don't usually enjoy this genre of music but this is an excellent album. The last three tracks shine, and the whole album doesn't have a bad track.
I dislike tbts, but good review dispite what everyone else is saying.

thank you, it is mostly that people don't like my review because the album was already reviewed 3 times and this review doesn't add something new or like that
