This is by far the best BTBAM release, and nothing they've released since is worth listening to.

Idk I feel like parallax 2 isn't that far off from this overall, even though it being a full length means there's more room for the shit parts that this band loves to cram into every song

Yo Hawks, they're not really that good as a whole. I bought Colors at a Target on a motorcycle trip with some friends though, and we enjoyed it immensely in the place we rented, but it's super obscene now and I can barely make it half of any given song.
The reason I give this a 4 is 'cause it does everything they've ever done in their entire career in half the run-time of their other albums, and I think that's cool. They're not bad players, they just can't write a song to save their lives. I like me some wankfests now and then, they're just exceptionally boring to my old man ears now.
Shortly after this came out (or maybe slightly before???) I came across Contortionist for the first time, after which I was never able to listen to BTBAM again, because why would you, lmao.

That's fair - at any rate, that's why I would rate this a 4.
Oof, he thinks my boys in Contortionist are trash, too? Say it ain't so. Gud band. Gud players. Can actually write songs. Not as high on them as I used to be - partially because they seem to be kill - but they were cool.
