I don’t know why Bitchfork says it isn’t historic. It’s one of the very first albums (if not the first) composed entirely of samples. That’s pretty innovative, even if you don’t enjoy the album.

The compilation called Daft is basically this whole album + two Moments in Love variations (working as intro and outro for the comp) and stuff from the Into Battle EP. If anybody ever thought this album needed more stuff that comp is perfect
