Apollo, I wouldn't necessarily give it away because of that, as I am not the biggest fan of The Strokes either. I have issues with Casablancas' vocals. This guy sounds nothing like him.

Yeah obviously I think they're fair too, but I never get overexcited when rating things if you know what I mean. If I like something on first listen I'll give it a 3.5 until I listen again (unless it's absoloutly exceptional). I don't use the top two ratings anywhere near as often as most people either, in each of the past two years I've only given out one 4.5 and no 5's, even though I think they've both been good years.
