What sucks about it? Not enough text about the actually album? That's minimalism baby. The closing, well, it may be the best closing eva.

I feel like you have some decent points to make. And I can tell this was supposed to be a lighthearted review with some humor in it.

But really....

"And not just kick him out, but air out everything; outing him for seemingly being a complete scumbag, striving to bring back the embodiment of our fathers and mothers rock n roll era: doing drugs and fing underage chicks."

Holy damn; run-on and punctuation over-kill.

Arrogance doesn't help either, unless you're just kidding around. It's the internet, so sarcasm naturally doesn't transfer well.

It seems to be focusing on the irrelevant. If you wanted minimalism, you should have had a one-paragraph review that contained the actual content about the music instead of the superfluous...everything else.

And yeah...minimalism is a Phlebas review. This wasn't minimalism in the slightest, dude.

I know what it means. It doesn't have a place in a review.

Trashing on bands other people might like bears no significance to the pos/neg system

I assume most people negged it because the review has nothing to do with the music, but that's just a
crazy notion.

Reads more like a rant than a review at most points. Everyone and their Mom knows DGD's history by now. So that make 7/8's of the this "review" pretty unnecessary. Neg'd.

Dear God, if Gabe's was written by a 13-year-old the this was written by a 13-year-old that recently became fluent in English. You used the same word, emphasize, wrong 3 times and even put a space in the compound word 'showcase.' You even managed to misuse a semicolon. Please wholeheartedly accept my neg.

I haven't heard anything from this band. All I know is the people making comments about him getting the pink are whiners.
