I don't know, I really really liked this album. Somewhere between a 4 - 4.5 for me. I actually like the first half a little more than the second half.

This record is such a creeper. I don't mean in the way that after a few listens it opens up its vast glory to you because of some new understanding. This record gets slabbed as boring by a lot of people, but if you take in each song and appreciate the subtleties, it really does bloom. The music creeps, man.

Sounds like Modern Guilt

Music criticism coinciding with the release of a new Radiohead album is a pretty funny thing to watch. It's like a conference, where everyone pulls out their good suits, and they show very strong convictions to the musical opinion they want to be perceived as holding.

Didn't this just come out today? I don't see how much creeping this could do in less than 24 hours but okay...

I'm referring to the music itself. My point was to say that I didn't mean what you think I mean. The song structure is focused around creeping.
