I don't agree with with much of what you had to say about the album...for instance, I didn't find any traces of laziness at all, no repetitiveness to complain about either, and the sound is not at all tired and generic but very much alive and engaging. I don't know, maybe we're just looking at it from different perspectives, but I'm clearly enjoying it a lot more than you are. ;)

pwalcher is right, Feed The Machine is epic for the ears. havent listened to much of the rest of the album yet, but Red always has great opening songs.
