the way he sings his lyrics and yeah the lyrics themselves really, really piss me off and I can't figure out why. "don't be disgusted with yourselves" he says for about 4 times with a bit of a cadence, then goes ahead and rhymes it with books on shelves for no reason for another 5 times, i mean seriously. negresses and excesses? Fuck off what are you even saying? Are you seriously trying to rhyme just for the sake of rhyming? It's like he's trying to be poetic, but it's only vague and meaningless and fake. The sax is also really indulgent and annoying and never comes off as refreshing; only a cliche. Otherwise a good album.
