8. Saint Anthony (pop punk songs are overall the worst here but they're still really fucking good. bridge is incredible here) 4.5/5
9. safe house (same as Saint Anthony but without the bridge) 4/5
10. landslide (cool but feels a bit too much like a rewrite of family tradition) 3.5/5
11. Nero (least memorable song but still great) 3.5/5
not to mention its lyrically and vocally overall their best too

I don’t pay attention to lyrics unless the music catches my attention first. This album just happens to do that less so than all of their other ones for me. I also just realized Ghost Town wasn’t on your ranking but it’s the closing track on Spotify for this album. Any idea what that’s about?I thought Ghost Town was a great closer. Hold on was one of my least favorite songs on here. So that being the closer makes me sad. Only Senses Fail album with a weak close. I also think their best vocals are found on Renacer easily
Edit: just found out Ghost Town was an iTunes bonus track. Should have been on the regular album for sure.

yea i saw its being worked on but he is busy working on so many other projects that i have no idea when itll see the light of day. i know he wants to put out a big vinyl box in 2022 and he wants it remastered for that so i gues we'll hear it then by the latest. this album 10 year anniversary next month so part of me is hoping he times it with the release date (not competely unreasonable given how shortly the reimagined ep was announced before its release), but im not really holding my breath for that.
whenever it comes tho im very excited this is already my favorite senses fail so fixing the mixing might make me bump it to a 5 again
