First time listening to this, I'm blown away. It's so different than Singularity. Singularity was just
so plain and generic and monotonous, except for Anything (one of the best track they've ever made).
Love the first non-instrumental track a whole lot. Good tone to the guitars.
(4 year bump? my new record!)

Oh shoot, you're probably right. I'm trying to remember what I liked from Singularity. Maybe I'm thinking of Just Let Go. Yup, that's it!
I saw...that's too bad they're not doing a lot of dates! Would have loved to see them if they came to Canada.

Man....this is just a really nice EP. This is how an EP should be done. Not too short (4 song EPs are
the worst), not too long, it's cyclical, and never overstays its welcome. I honestly don't mind it
being uncharacteristically front-heavy. It's just so pleasing and catchy and pleasant. It's cheerful
and saccharine in a way that's way less interpret-able as cheesy than their first two albums. A lot of
their stuff I love, but in a guilty pleasure sort of way. But this EP is something I could easily play
in the car with my girlfriend and not feel judged. Great stuff.
I'll try Afternoon tonight and Evening when I can! Listening to this stuff, post-Singularity, makes it
even more unfortunate that they're on hiatus.
