My favorite Hendrix album from beginning to end. It just flows, sans "She's So Fine". It's more of a journey than his other studio work with "One Rainy Wish" being the peak for me. It's art.

Spot on review, really well written, and I actually share the same opinion on most of it. Gotta disagree with you on "You Got Me Floating", though, I think it deserves a higher score. But, like you said, it's just not your cup o tea. Anyways, great review, man.

Yeah like I said it just sounds too "filler".

i think this is becoming my favorite hendrix album. good songs,not overdone or "tripped" out to oblivion and back. it's great.

I'd personally say that She's so Fine and You've Got Me Floatin' are th only two inconsistent songs. Some will disagree with me but that's what I'd say.

The Album that features the track that got me in to Hendrix; Castle Made Of Sand. Such a beautiful song. Other stand out tracks for me are: Little Wing, If 6 Was 9 and Bold As Love. What a great follow on from such a strong first album.
