Frozen Zoo is a complete break in the album, and it actually makes sense where it is--it comes directly after a distinctly minimalist section in another song, Trident Tail. it's basically the album's breather, because the rest of the album is rather frenetic.
Another Surf is merely a reprise of a riff from another song, The Skin Surf, so it's there only to wrap up loose ends--it's not a song so much as an outro for Gina.
