I think ToT is a grower band, at least for me it was. First few listens i didnt like it that much but something kept me coming back. Now i love it, the melodies are so memorable without being overly poppy and the lyrics are brilliantly surreal. I cant believe they were teenagers when they wrote this. The level of maturity is way beyond what it should be.

I saw the band's Facebook post promoting the project but have not dedicated the time to actually listen yet. I'm sure it's great but I'm still waiting for more ToT and/or for TROW to go heavy again. Last album was decent but still a little soft, and in my opinion defeated the purpose of being a separate entity from ToT.

That's a fair criticism. While the record was exactly what we wanted to make, I can understand that it wasn't exactly what everyone wanted from us.

There will be something new to hear from the Wolves in the near near future. If you're a fan of the atmosphere of His Old Branches and Varuna, I think you'll be pleased. But how these things are perceived is always impossible to predict, haha.

We've always appreciated your in-depth reviews. Keep on keepin' on, brother!
