Great review for outstanding album. But: is Itcotck really a 'medieval suite'? It sounds like a contradiction or anachronism, because the suite became popular as a musical form after the 14th century. Polyphony is, as far as I know, an invention of renaissance music. Has anyone heard the Steven Wilson remixes ? I'm thinking of investing some money buying the "remaster editions" with the remix made by SW.

I've heard the Larks Tongues Steven Wilson remix and that sounds great. Wilson is great at remixing classic prog so I doubt you'd be disappointed with any of them. All of his Jethro Tull remixes have been really good.
