you're using adverbs unnecessarily at times:
1. "On the other hand, the band displays their ability to perfectly craft songs that leave your mouth agape in wonder."
2. "To claim that every melody on here is ingeniously crafted to the point of perfection is obviously hyperbole..."
the second sentence above could be simplified to:
"To claim that every melody here is perfectly crafted would be an exaggeration..."
what you have written isn't wrong, it just comes off as long-winded. also, describing this as post-rock is odd cause this shit doesn't sound like post-rock at all. aside from that i'd say you're solid.
