And agreed about De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas, historic album no doubt, but also a debut album.

^^Absolutely true, this album wound up the way it did, probably because Mayhem had fully explored the ultra clean sound work in the previous two albums.
A remaster of A Grand Declaration of War with the sound of Ordo Ad Chao would be interesting.

Hellhammer for the win.
I've seen him live with Arcturus in the early naughts in Greece (their 7th live concert at that time).
In two hours, he destroyed his drum kit, wearing a "John 5" mask the whole time.
