Instrumental is where it's at.

I dig Spencer here, his cleans vox soar so well at times.
|
| |
I perfer him on the later outputs but the music regressed. I just want to here those grooves here.

The instrumental version is awesome just for the novelty of taking tracks into a DAW to record funny vocal tracks. It never gets old.

Instrumental versions are good, but orchestral versions are better.

Where he sounds like a poor mans Rody Walker?
|
| |
Man I haven't heard this since P2 came out and this is clearly better than that album. P3 will be their worse one by far imo. I'll probably end up deleting it after my first listen
|
| |
P2 had a few songs I really enjoyed (Luck as a Constant, Facepalm Mute, The Gods Must Be Crazy!) But I definitely don't find myself coming back to it as much as I do this one.
And Spencer's cleans are ruinously bad to me on most of the newer songs. Sounds both overproduced and distasteful to me :/

Spencer was a better singer when he didn't try to enunciate everything like an asshole
|
| |
I don't know what kind of assholes are in your life, but the ones I know don't enunciate like that...

Racecar is probably the best thing theyve ever done

Letter Experiment is their best track.
|
| |
Racecar is so damn overrated. It's a good song but way too long and there are better tracks imo

Will always be the best thing Periphery ever did.

Instrumental version though.
