I guess it's a matter of taste. He sounds better here in his upper register than on any other album, but his voice in general didn't have a great tone. I guess that's pretty natural for any metal singer his age though.

yeah, not a big fan of his vocals but his upper register fits to some points and then at some points i quite dislike it. i prefer his voice in the later albums when it's not that high-pitched
