If the revelation that New Zealand could make anything else besides a really good rugby team surprises you

b) There are literally a plethora of great bands in NZ, especially in the death metal scene. Ulcerate were just lucky they made it big. Not lucky as in they shouldn't have, just lucky that it was them and not another local band that got signed
