You were lied to. Contains their fastest, craziest songs to date and it kind of has a black metal atmosphere of sorts. It's definitely more straight forward then anything else they've put out, but the consistent brutality of songs like 'Consequence', 'Rape Song', and 'Aftermath' are just pure bliss to these ears. Please do yourself a favour and listen to it right now.

I was in the car today and I seriously started to sweat listening to "Oh My Fucking God." That's got to be one of the most intense songs ever recorded. I wish every song here was as good as that and "All Hail the New Flesh," this would easily make my top 10 albums of all time then but unfortunately none of the other songs are as good as those two.

Detox is my favorite.
Only reason this doesn't get a 5 is because I wanted more wall of sound like on Alien. Combine the production of Alien and the songs of City... epic. At least to me. I prefer Devin's epic echo production.
