It’s not, but their 2nd best IS a hard 3, so I respect your rating.

Society has moved past the need for RHCP

It’s honestly true. BSSM is a damn good album, but it’s the only one I want to listen to from them, and it’s not all that often. Imagine peaking in 1991 and just releasing trash albums for decades after that.

I can't even listen to that cuz I refuse to give Under the Bridge any streams. My fellow whites need to give that song up. Kiedis is also a freak

It's very played out. RHCP should have called it after Stadium Arcadium. They've had nothing interesting to say sense then.

"the hate boner that the good place had for the RHCP is so lame. What a bad fucking show"
I watched all of it and don't remember anything about RHCPs lol, altho knowing this was (apparently) a thing, has me considering raising my rating
(for The Good Place)

The Good Place rules, Chili Peppers suck. They can go cry about it.

The best thing in RHCP is what Flea did in Atoms for Peace. Second best is Frusciante’s drum’n’bass stuff.

At least someone enjoyed Atoms for Peace

The Red Hot Chili Peppers are like Channing Tatum's friend group in 21 Jump Street. You've got 3 incredibly talented guys with promising futures and then for some reason the dumbest person you've ever met is their ringleader

the best thing about this band is everything other than anthony, fuck that guy

RHCP is such a money train that the trio are willing to drag Kiedis around cause he still sells tickets. But, man, how I wish these dudes would have branched out as their own unit years ago. At the same time, when you're saying you created like 40-something songs between Unlimited Love and Dream Canteen and those 2 albums are the result of that, I question just how much talent is left. There's valuable stuff there, sure, but it's all created within the frame of typical song structures and profitability. I don't even know if they'd be capable of more freeform songwriting at this point.

80% of all established acts that still whore themselves on the circuit.

I know a purist who was only willing to jam the debut from any artist, claiming that they all went shite afterwards. Sounds a bit radical to me, but listening to dinosaur acts is not better either. It’s like a long, worn-out marriage.

Blimey. There’s being pure and then there’s being absurd.

Yeah, 1998 emo RHCP in that Otherside video. Their Chris Gaines era.
