Ok I listened to this album 3 times now, and I must say it still isnt good at all. Even though they do have a couple decent guitar parts. Other then that though, not very good.

err, that's a difficult question, they definitely (on Hot Damn! at least) created their own little niche.



Its a combination of Guns N Roses type riff, hardcore punk speed and off kilter time changes and signatures; like Dillinger et al.



On top of this we have the amazing Keith Buckley who has an incredible vocal range (howls, desperate screams and even croons) and his amazing infectious lyrics, attitude and delivery.



This album definitely capitalised more on the Rock 'n' Roll-y feel more than anything else.
