Yeah. The End Of All Things To Come is a hell of an album. I don't know if it's better than LD50, but it's definitely up there.

Exactly. It is the album by which their careers are defined. When people compare newer albums, it is always compared to LD 50, not The End of All Things To Come

I'm almost done the album but so far, this solidifies that nu-metal is truly dead. I really like some parts here and there but Chad Grey sucks so many wangs in the vocals and lyrical department. Too many cliche alternative rock choruses and the song 'Scream With Me' sounds like a complete throwaway. Nice addition of solos and some cool proggy parts, but other than that, probably will never listen to this again hahahaha.

You nailed it on the head with that statement. Also, nice to see the weird bass lines making their way back into the music.

I do enjoy a few proggy, nu-metal guitar lines on here too, but it will never have me coming back to this.

Is this being reviewed based on the stream?

dunno, but there are 320kbps versions already floating around the web (I have that now, but gonna purchase this as well) and I can safely say this is pretty top notch. Look at the average, it's pretty good, so I'd say check it out

Are there a lot of singing choruses on this? Because if there is too much on it, I won't listen. I can't stand Chad's whiny vocals, only small doses.

he doesn't do clean singing that much, but this definitely has cleaner parts, yes. Still, Chad uses gruff vocals here more.

Alright, maybe I will test the waters on this album, if I am feeling nu metal enough.

you should never worry about being nu-metal enough, you should worry about being TOO nu-metal

@ SteelErectedb4you8er

you should, it's not bad by any stretch. Even the guys who are giving this lower scores admit there are moments of brilliance, and well, then there is a whole bunch of people, like myself, who really dig this album.
