I wouldn't say this is album is "perfect", but it's just very unique, unpredictable and has so many great, memorable moments it's crazy.
Down on the Upside is massively underrated I agree. Love that album. King Animal was not bad either, that fact that they came out with a very good album so recently makes his passing an even bigger loss.
