Boom, done. This album is definitely deserving of a 4.5.

Because if seeing is believing, believe that we have lost our eyes — such a great fucking line. And his vocal delivery of it is perfect, the way he abruptly cuts himself off when he says eyes and the tempo changes, then we go into that amazing outdo....gotta be a top 5 MO song. Definitely top 10 at least.

Couple tracks I could do without, but this is probably my favorite MO.

For me, it goes like this:

A Black Mile

METN

Like a Virgin/Simple Math

Cope (still a very good album imo)

Hope

Can't remember Wolves At Night? Now That You're Home? Where Have You Been? I Can Barely Breathe? Sleeper 1972? Those are all as good or better than Colly Strings, imo.

Sleeper is arguably their most gut wrenching in their entire catalogue.

I Can Feel a Hot One has something to say about that they’re both gut wrenching though). The Alien is too.

Where Have You Been -> I Can Barely Breathe -> Sleeper 1972 is the best run of songs of all time tbh
