More akin to an actual Slayer song, the lyrics suck and it's definitely Slayer by the numbers but it's the best track they've released so far.

I actually kinda like the energy in the verses on that new track, heard that riff many times before but I guess it's just nice to hear a little speed and Tom not bored as fuck.

saw these guys at Amnesia Rockfest. god they were boring af, it sounded like they were just tossing off the whole setlist

like Raining Blood was just randomly in the middle and they didn't even finish it. they skipped the solo at the end and just went straight into another song. I was so mad

Who gives a flying fuck if one of the members is gone, does that really mean the band won't be as good? People who blindly hate Paul Bostaph simply because he isn't Dave Lombardo are fucking braindead. Holt is a very talented guitarist, shut the fuck up and listen to his shit. If he wasnt good, Slayer would've had hired him.

Saw these guys in Milwaukee last night, they were pretty good! Araya certainly seemed disinterested though, he just stood around, not even bobbing his head. Sometimes he turned around and faced the drums, but that was all.

He's an old fuck and a dad. He definitely seems like one of the biggest dads in metal.

I really hate thinking that he's keeping the band alive just for money, but that's probably what's going on. I'd prefer he just hang it up in that case.

Fans still dig their concerts and all, but World Painted Cum was disappointing considering the newfound intensity of Christ Illusion. They're suffering AC/DC syndrome (if it ain't broke, don't ever fix it or change it for that matter).

I may be in the minority in thinking Americon is a pretty cool song. Also, is Public Display of Dismemberment the only Slayer track featuring a blast beat?
