I haven't listened to the cd.. But I saw them yesterday with Mastodon and Dethklok and they were by far the shittiest band there. All that their vocalist did was jump around and scream one word into the microphone every once in a while. "High-Energy", but it really sucked ass.

With a lineup that consists of such terrible bands as Mastodon and Dethklok, even if Converge did put on a shitty performance I would expect it to be better than the other two.

I was actually there to see Mastodon.. Which was actually really good. Dethklok is pretty obnoxious what with their videos and such. Chambered, the thing is that the vocalist doesn't sound anything like he does on Jane Doe... Take for instance, Dark Horse. (I'm just starting to listen to the album stream). It consisted of the vocalist jumping around stage like he was on fire, throwing the microphone around, and screaming what i can only assume was "RAAAAR" into the mic. The cd is just about 10 times better than their actual performance.
