I don't see how, I mean the countries that have embraced communism have done it all wrong. They haven't followed the ideals of Marx specifically as he intended and all have failed or created an isolated state not up-to-date by today's standards. I believe in communism, but not a single party state. Moldova is a struggling nation in eastern europe, but the communists there have seriously turned the place around. Look at Lenin, he helped build the foundation to transform Russia into a superpower, though I don't agree with his successor Stalin's ideas either. But before I get more in-detail I have to raise the question...

Also, you might be right AnonymousCommunist, that the ideals of communism aren't rightfully followed and so because of that, the general idea of communism might not be all that bad, but let's face the facts - the country that made communism well-known was Russia, and they are total fucking idiots. MAYBE, just maybe Lenin actually did something right in his time, but in general, Russia made communism look like pure 100% brutal tyranny.

Yeah I don't like how these communist nations take away personal freedoms, freedom of the press/speech being the major one. I support democratically elected communism 100%. Like most people agree, Communism is ideal in theory but in practice, a failure.. Which unfortunately thus far, I have to agree with.
