Awesome. If you liked the Myspace songs than you'll love the full album (because the Myspace tracks are the weakest).
This may have been a pre-order only type thing, but I think if you order direct from the label (Crack Nation records, $6) they'll send you an mp3 link of the album to hold you over until the actual CD arrives.

I think I will have to order it from their label. Can't find this on any of my regular ordering sites.

Yeah. It's weird that the label is doing so little promotion for this album. Maybe they're waiting for the full length to push it.
|
| |
That is most likely the case. Plus, small labels = little attention in the first place.

That's true except in this case the lead guy in this band is also the co-owner of the label.
|
| |
In that case try Project Pitchfork's Io when you get a chance.
I shall, cheers.

That would be a great album to see reviewed ;)

I love your tid-bit facts : ).

What difference does that make? There's some Charles Manson audio samples on Paradise Lost's Draconian Time album ("Forever Failure" specifically) - check that out.

Not really a gimmick at all. It's a 15 second sample at the beginning of one song, and a single line at the end used to establish the mood of the song.

Hey- this is D Brill of CZAR. Thanks for all your comments, especially the myspace tunage. Those should not be up there, except for Goregon, but that too is a demo mix. Yeah, we need to definitely put our better/finished tunes up there rather than early demos. Whew. . . The EP is what people should be hearing, and not piece-meal demos. Thank you for that.
Also, I have no idea what post-metal is. I only like Misistry and playing the Acumen tunes as far as industrial goes.
I'm kickin' a new flava in ya ear. . . something not normal, but infectious.

Yeah, I was kind of disappointed to see that the Myspace page was missing a lot of the good songs.
This is a good album, looking forward to the full length in 2010 (hoping for a new Acumen Nation album too).

whats the problem with the vocals, i find them pretty good and different

The vocals are cool, but if you've ever heard this guy's full time band (Acumen Nation) you'd hear that there was so much more that he could have done with them.

Album is really good so far (1 listen in).

Album is really good so far (1 listen in). If there was someone I could count on to check this out, it was you ;)alright then also, im guessing that the only place to get this is the labels site right? Yeah. This was a pretty low-key release. I'm sure the full length will be pushed harder.
