This is totally uncreative music; the addition of pedal steel makes no difference and only seems like a novelty. I guess these guys can get a small pass at being nothing but a Neurosis/Isis/Pelican clone because they have the "members-of" factor. But the bottom line is that there are a million bands that sound just like this that you can find in any bar across the U.S. I'm not saying they're bad people, but how's about a little effort, guys?

Eternal return of the same. The first few tracks seem interesting until you realize their formula: soft intro, build-up, peak, ambient outro. GSYBE already did this.
