you people don't know what your talking about. point of entry rocks. desert planes, headed out to the highway are amazing classics. Solar Angel's and turning circles are very cool. Hot rockin is what it ia, but still good. the production is amazing.
for people who have not heard the albim, please check it out for yourself, it will grow on you. British steel is over rated. screaming is top notch. stained Class and sad wings and sinner are fuckin amazing. defenders is grear, production is horrible. painkiller is very very good. Rocha Rolla is just super fuckin cool. play that on vinyl, ans loud. the new souls album is above good. JO'S comeback with Rob at ozzfest 2004 was insane. blew anything around out the door. amazing don't put down this fuckin album, play it again

YOU SAY YES

I SAY NO
Damn this album is forgettable.
|
| |
No please don't say that after giving it a 3, that >good< rating is already frowned upon enough haha.
Anyway I think this rocks honestly, just fun and crisp sounding. And for some reason I dig hard You Say Yes, silly catchy chorus and cute riffs (2:30!)

Desert Plains slays

Album Rating: 3.5
I like throwing this one on from time to time, fun album. Desert Plains is easily the best one on this
|
| |
the rest ain't doing much though

Most of it is stupid pop metal, but fun if you don't take it too seriously. Solar Angels and Heading Out to the Highway are also jams
|
| |
i usually skip straight to Desert Plains tbh... perhaps next time ill give the whole thing another chance.

FULL MOON IS RISING

Album Rating: 3.5
It isn't lol, it's just a collection catchy and inoffensive hard rock anthems. Highway, Desert Plains and Solar Angels are all fantastic tunes too, def among their best

Desert Plains is so smooth

nor did it make Turbo, because whoever decided on the tracks for that album was clearly an idiot

it seems like a whole lot of label meddling to me, because Priest originally recorded a double-album that was subsequently split up into two and a smattering of bonus tracks because double-albums don't sell as well.
not that a double-album would have been much better, given that half was garbage.

am I like, the only person who likes Hot Rockin? I get that it's got idiotic lyrics but Rob really slays it and the riff/solo shit's great.
