haha Willie you are like a wizard or something, I don't see you here all that often (mainly because I'm only in during morning when nobody else is and during the night) but if someone comments on your review *poof* and you are here right away. Man its like magic haha

Dude, I'm here from 3pm to 11pm (eastern time) five days a week. I comment on all sorts of reviews, but mainly the ones from people I recognize or on reviews that everyone is ignoring... and mine, of course, if there's something worth responding to ;)

well yaah i guess its just that we live so far apart from each other. Stupid timezones! And yes I was mistaken, what I meant to say is that even when there is no sign of you at a precise moment, then whenever someone comments on your review you magically show up

Possibly, but at the time of you posting your initial comment the new Riverside album was actually showing on the front page with me being the last poster (still is). Maybe you just notice me posting when I'm doing it on my own reviews?

naah your Riverside comment was made after this one and during the time I was posting my comment, so I could not have seen it in any way.

No one here seems to like them. Oh well, I had this for about two weeks before I started getting into it and I stand by my rating ;)

Of course, with the album being a "3" it doesn't take much of a lesser opinion of the album for it to drop into 2.5 or 2 territory.

Great to see you still churning out the (female fronted rock) reviews Trey. And they are still excellent reviews too. I really like the way you wrote about the moving from harsh verses to a melodic chorus here. That's a skill which (as you pointed out) could come with time and can definitely make or break a song... and therefore a band.

I'm surprised I disliked this Willy, I'm a huge fan of female fronted bands but this one just wasn't catchy or interesting. I'll give it another chance though.

This has been featured for awhile. Check out the new Lunatica. Less heavy than this but the lady ahs a real sexy accent making the music better.

I just listened to the Lunatica songs on Myspace and the music is boring (the vocals aren't bad though).

I checked out the myspace, and I gotta say...your review is spot on. They sound awesome until the female vocals start to sound unoriginal in the choruses.
