Thin, but very Floydian in practice, so it still rules.

fantastic album, one of my favs from them. If I had to rank this and the previous two it would be Vetebrae > Ruun > Isa but they're all close and great.

I have been slacking off on my enslaved discography run over the last couple months but I'm gonna return now. This might honestly be my favorite Enslaved record up until this point. Remember that I've listened to all of them at least 5 times but mostly more. 4.5ing this.

This is soooo good. Sorely miss mid-era Enslaved.

This album slaps me in the dick every time I listen to it. OP should probably re-evaluate his review.

Kyle was a famous Enslaved h8r on this site but he’s great so don’t hold it against him.

>Why on earth would I take such sloppy prog black as Vertebrae over such finely crafted works like Frost?

Running through all of their post Isa albums over the past few weeks, this might just be my favourite. Album is just packed with creative guitar playing, which forms the foundation for everything else. Lots of King Crimson/Voivod influence. Couldn’t disagree any more with the review.
