Easily my favorite U2 album. A forgotten classic.
It's got passion, socially charged lyrics, memorable riffs, bass grooves, and great drumming. Everything U2 doesn't have now.
New Year's Day is one of their best! Two Hearts Beat as One, Like a Song..., and Sunday Bloody Sunday are all classics.

I know 'the Edge' is stood stage left but where's the actual edge that this band offers? Trapped inside a mechanical lemon? Up Bonos arse?
